I bought a new pattern for a table runner and some cute fat quarters in fall colors. Also, two tea towels that I hope to get appliqued with pumpkins and turkeys.

I was so excited to get home with this "Layer Cake" that I forgot to takea picture before ripping the ribbon off. It's called Gobble Gobble by Moda.
The colors are gorgeous!! Rich golds, browns, burgandy, and oranges!
I've already started piecing these for a surprise gift quilt.
Can't tell you who just yet.
Oh, and we did enjoy some R&R time!!!
