Chocolate Chip Bundt Cake

Nothing says "I love you" like a homemade dessert. I've just put our favorite cake into the oven and it smells so yummy! Yes, I've stayed in today organizing and cleaning, getting ready to begin our school year again. So, I thought I'd share the recipe for this favorite cake.

Chocolate Chip Bundt Cake

1 yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 box vanilla instant pudding mix
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 bar German Chocolate
1/2 to 1 bag chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Grease and flour a bundt pan.
Mix pudding with 1 cup water in bowl.
Mix cake mix, eggs, and oil in mixer, add vanilla pudding mixture, 1/2 grated German Chocolate bar and chocolate chips. Gently stir together and pour into pan. Voila, you now place in the oven for 1 hour and go read a good book! LOL!
If you like icing you can drizzle a little icing over the top, or a LOT!!

Since I'm sharing good things today, I'd like to share a great resource for literature. I just received a flier from Progeny Press Study Guides and it looks great. They have a great reading list for Lower and Upper elementary, Middle school and High school. Should you decide to add some Living Books to your school year you have the list of good reading even if you decide not to use the study guides.
You can see for yourself at the Progeny Press website.

Have a Great Day!!
