Inspiration

The past few days I have pulled out the queen size log cabin quilt and adding the last border before putting it together and pinning. I have cut the outside border and will sew them on today.I thought I'd post a picture so I took it outside on my front porch to get a better picture.
Taking a peek into all these wonderful blogs of quilters has definitely inspired me to "get quilting"!!
I just love visiting the blogs and must be careful or I will spend way too much time visiting and not near enough time doing all the things I really need to get accomplished.
We will be leaving this afternoon for a drive in the mountains to enjoy the colors of the leaves and this gorgeous cool fall day so I must make this short.

I just have to share this photo of the newest member of our family. Well, not really, he belongs to my daughter's boyfriend. Isn't he just adorable!! We love him to pieces already!
